Is using Evenemently free?
For event organisers the platform is 100% free. You can create events, manage budgets, collaborate with your team and book specialists at no cost. We charge a 10% commission only to the specialist after a successful booking.
How do I find a specialist in my city?
Pick a category (photographer, DJ, catering, videographer etc.) and a city (Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk and others). You will get a list of specialists with portfolios, reviews and indicative pricing. You can request up to five specialists at the same time.
Do I need an account to book a specialist?
No. You can pick specialists from the list, describe what you need and submit a request as a guest. You can add an account later to save progress or keep a full booking history.
What kind of specialists are listed on Evenemently?
Photographers, videographers, DJs, live bands, catering companies, florists, decorators, makeup artists, hair stylists, cake makers, entertainers, bartenders, photo booths, sound providers and MCs — all in one platform.
How does payment work?
You pay the specialist directly the price you agreed in chat. Evenemently charges no fee from organisers. After the booking is fulfilled the specialist receives an invoice from us with a 10% commission (payable within 14 days).
