1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Evenemently platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Evenemently is a platform that connects event organizers with service specialists. Organizers can create events, browse specialists, and request services. Specialists can offer their services, negotiate terms, and complete jobs. The Platform facilitates communication and coordination between parties.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your profile up to date. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include: fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, spamming, or any conduct that could harm the Platform or other users.

4. Pricing and Fees

The Platform is free to use for all users, including event organizers and specialists. However, specialists who complete a job will be charged a service fee of 10% of the final agreed price between the specialist and the organizer. This fee covers the use of our platform and the services we provide to facilitate the transaction. The fee is charged only upon successful completion of the job.

5. Invoicing and Payment

We will send an invoice to the specialist for the service fee within 14 days from the day the job is accomplished. The specialist has 14 days from the invoice date to pay the invoice. Failure to pay within this period may result in late fees, suspension of your specialist account, or other remedies as permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by specialists or the conduct of users.
